Brand Overview
Legacy Stride is a marathon running equipment brand built for parents who care deeply about safety, comfort, and reliability. The goal was to create a brand that feels reassuring and dependable, without becoming boring or overly “medical”. Think trusted, not sterile.
At its core, Legacy Stride is about continuity. It’s not just about running fast or clocking PBs, it’s about showing up, building habits, and passing something meaningful forward. Hence the idea of a legacy in motion.

The Challenge
The running market is saturated with brands that either focus heavily on elite performance or lifestyle aesthetics.
Legacy Stride needed a distinct position, one that communicated:
-
Professional-grade endurance equipment
-
Emotional reassurance and safety for parents
-
Longevity and trust, not trend-driven hype
-
A loyal, values-driven community
The identity had to feel business-like and credible, while remaining warm, comforting, and "human".

The logo is one of the first touchpoints we develop after research. It sets the foundation for the entire identity, not just visually, but strategically. The focus is on creating something personal, story-driven, and timeless, because trends fade, but strong brands don’t.

Identity Strategy & Color System
The Legacy Stride identity is guided by restraint, balance, and longevity. The color system plays a strategic role in reinforcing these values, prioritizing timelessness over trend and clarity over excess. Rather than relying on a broad or expressive palette, the identity uses color with intention, allowing the brand to feel confident, premium, and considered.
Neutral tones form the foundation of the system, creating a calm and refined visual presence. These are supported by subtle accent colors that are used sparingly to introduce emphasis without disrupting the overall harmony. This controlled approach ensures consistency across applications while allowing the identity to remain flexible and adaptable as the brand evolves.
